Sign up for virtual D&D games for 10-13 year olds and 14-17 year olds.
I run Dungeons & Dragons gaming sessions for two age groups: 10-13 year olds, and 14-17 year olds. Sessions are scheduled according to what days and times work best for the players. Sessions for 10-13 year olds are two hours long and cost $30 per player, or $153 for six sessions (a 15% discount). Sessions for 14-17 year olds are three hours long and cost $40 per player, or $204 for six sessions (a 15% discount). These games are usually virtual. If you would like to play in person within the greater Toronto area, there is an additional fee of $25 per game.
If you have a child under 10 years of age who is interested in playing, please contact me to discuss it. We can potentially run a game with your participation!
I have a lot of experience working with kids and youth, both in arts programming and in other contexts. I currently run programming at Crossroads Theatre, a theatre company where I am also the Executive Director. In the past, I worked in group foster homes and in emergency childcare centers. I also have a Masters degree in Psychology. Running games of D&D is my favorite thing to do!
My virtual games are run over Zoom, and use an online platform called DnD Beyond. You can make a free DnD Beyond account, and use it to create and manage your character, and access our virtual battle maps. I can help you create your account. You do not need to purchase anything extra to join these games! Your free account will give you access to the rulebooks you might need.
The first time you purchase a session with me, you will also receive a free 30 minute consultation to help the player build their character and learn the rules before jumping into their first game.
Once you have registered, I will contact you to confirm registration, arrange payment, and schedule your consultation. Please wait for confirmation before making any payment. You will not be asked for payment until a game is scheduled.
Sign ups are first come first served. There are six spots available for each age group. If spots fill up, you will be put on a waiting list and be contacted as games become available.
10-13 year old group
Sessions for 10-13 year olds are two hours long and cost $30 per player, or $153 for six sessions (a 15% discount). We will meet as often as the players want to play (as often as once per week). Games are scheduled according to what works best for the players.
Games for this age group are kid-friendly, and keep the players’ interests and comfort levels in mind. These adventures are always “PG” rated content. We take a fifteen minute break around the halfway mark of each game. We have rules about being respectful of each other, and about making sure everyone is having fun and sharing the spotlight.
14-17 year old group
Sessions for 14-17 year olds are three hours long and cost $40 per player, or $204 for six sessions (a 15% discount). We will meet weekly, either on weekends or on weekdays after school hours. Games are scheduled according to what works best for the players.
Games for this age group are age-appropriate. Content can be “PG-13” rated, but will not be more violent or explicit than what might be seen in a PG-13 movie. We take a 15 minute break around the halfway point of each session. We have rules about being respectful of each other and about making sure everyone is having fun and sharing the spotlight.
